A zip archive containing everything CPS needs to work (except the antechamber), as well as its javadoc and the scripts necessary to build a new doxygen documentation, can be found here.
You can also find a complete version of the antechamber of this website here.
Providing that already have a decent Java VM, all you have to is deflate the archive where you please. When you want to use CPS, simply move into the cps folder of the newly created directory.
